Muscle juice

If you've seen me training, on a set or watched my videos you will have noticed in 1 hand I'm always carrying my Muscle Juice!💪

My daily fuel and hydrate combo for energy, efficiency and recovery. I drink at least 2 gallons of water a day which is flavored with ingredients below,

1 jug is 1+gallon mixed of - 2 scoop BCAA (recover),

1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen, 1 fresh lemon squeezed with pulp or 1 scoop (the same size as bcaa scoop which is 1 tablespoon) of pure lemon juice, 2 scoop of apple cider vinegar,

(Since Covid I've also added a sachet the Vital Proteins Immunity Booster)

I keep the jug on my fridge door and go through this easily through out the day! ❤️
