I keep the jug on my fridge door and go through this easily though out the day

My daily fuel and hydrate combo for energy and efficiency I drink at least 2 gallons of water a day which is flavored with ingredients below,

1 jug is 1+gallon mixed of - 2 scoop BCAA 1 fresh lemon squeezed with pulp or 1 scoop (the same size as bcaa scoop which is 1 tablespoon) of pure lemon juice, 2 scoop of apple cider vinegar,
